Here are some Frequently Asked Questions, please contact us if your questions is not answered below.

An initial inquiry and confirmation of date availability do not secure your booking.

You will need to complete an online client registration form (a link will be provided). This form collects essential information to help us care for your dog in our home just as you would in yours.

Additionally, please make sure your dog's vaccinations are up to date, as we cannot accept dogs without proof of current vaccinations

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless, following any trial session, either party decides not to proceed. However, subject to availability, the deposit can be transferred to an alternative date(s)

Once we have all the above, your booking will be confirmed and we will look forward to welcoming your dog into our home.

To help your dog settle into their new surroundings with things they are familiar with please think about providing the following, bed, blanket, favourite toys, own bowls, favourite treats etc. Basically, anything you think will help your dog settle in.
In addition to this you will need to provide a lead, collar and or harness and coats if necessary.

To avoid upset tums from abruptly changing foods. We ask that you provide sufficient food for the duration of your dog’s stay. If for any reason the food provided is not sufficient for the duration of the stay we will of course purchase more and we would ask that you refund the cost of this directly to us at the end of your dog’s stay.

Yes, as there are 2 resident dogs. There will be lots of fun and socialising during their stay with us.

However, if your dog needs quiet time on their own this can also be provided as we know that every dog is different and has their own needs.

We have separate rooms where they can spend time/sleep on their own or have company - the decision can be theirs.
